Please note that custom items, tailored specifically to your needs, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with one of these items, please contact our team; we will be happy to assist.

Standard Items:

You may return unused items within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds:
